- Tamarind(size of lime)
- Jaggery about 2 tbsp
- water 1/2 cup
Method:
- Take a bowl add tamarind, jaggery and water.
- Microwave it for 1 minute or till starts to boil.
- Let it cool and grind it to fine paste.
Tips:
- Remove seeds from pulp before using.
- You can add 1/4 tsp coriander powder to it for better taste.
