Ingredients:
- Spinach, pluck the leaves (around 2 cups) 1 bunch
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- Green chilies 5-6
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ajwain 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Add spinach, green chili, garlic cloves to grinder and grind it to fine paste.(add little water as needed)
- Take wheat flour in big mixing bowl, add gram flour to it. Mix it well.
- Add cumin powder, ajwain, red chili powder and salt. Mix it.
- Add spinach paste and make a soft dough. Add water as needed.
- Take a small portion and roll it into a thin roti (Use little dry flour while rolling).
- Roast paratha on a hot tawa. while roasting drizzle little oil or ghee to keep paratha moist.
- Cook both the sides.
- serve hot with raita, sauce or pickle.
