Palak Paratha Recipe| Spinach Paratha | Punjabi Palak Masala Paratha Recipe| How to make palak paratha



Ingredients:
  • Spinach, pluck the leaves (around 2 cups) 1 bunch 
  • Wheat flour 2 cups
  • gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves 3-4
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Method:
  • Add spinach, green chili, garlic cloves to grinder and grind it to fine paste.(add little water as needed)
  • Take wheat flour in big mixing bowl, add gram flour to it. Mix it well.
  • Add cumin powder, ajwain, red chili powder and salt. Mix it.
  • Add spinach paste and make a soft dough. Add water as needed.
  • Take a small portion and roll it into a thin roti (Use little dry flour while rolling). 
  • Roast paratha on a hot tawa. while roasting drizzle little oil or ghee  to keep paratha moist. 
  • Cook both the sides.
  • serve hot with raita, sauce or pickle.
